1. Eligibility and Access

You may use Plantine only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining access to a compatible device and internet connection where needed.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Plantine offers optional paid plans through Apple’s App Store: Weekly Pro, Annual Pro, and a Lifetime Pro purchase.

• Payments are processed by Apple, not Plantine.
• Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed in your Apple ID settings.
• Any introductory-offer eligibility is determined by Apple and your App Store account status.

3. Introductory Offers and Renewals

If Apple presents an introductory offer for a subscription, the offer terms and billing transition are shown before purchase. Subscription terms, billing currency, and renewal timing are controlled by Apple.

4. Refunds

All refunds are handled by Apple based on App Store policies. Plantine cannot directly issue refunds for in-app purchases.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Plantine, including by:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt app functionality
• Using the app for unlawful or abusive activity
• Interfering with analytics or purchase validation mechanisms

6. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update pricing, subscription packaging, or plan limits in future versions of the app.

7. Disclaimer

Plantine provides organization and reminder tools for plant care. It does not provide agricultural, veterinary, or medical advice. Care outcomes may vary by plant type, environment, and user actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plantine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend access if these terms are violated. You may stop using Plantine at any time by uninstalling the app.
